Entrepreneurship, Finance and SME Leadership
Malcolm is an experienced entrepreneur and business leader whose career began in accounting before expanding into senior management roles across a range of SMEs.
His experience establishing and managing businesses gives him practical insight into the challenges entrepreneurs face.
As former Chief Executive of the Institute of Financial Accountants and the International Association of Bookkeepers, he also contributed to the development of business and financial education.
Andrew Carlsson
Quality Assurance and Educational Standards
Andrew has close to 30 years of experience in quality assurance for education and training organisations.
His career has included leading an examining organisation in South Africa, implementing quality systems, overseeing compliance and helping awarding organisations work towards recognition.
Now based in the UK, Andrew continues to focus on educational quality, organisational trust and long-term success.

Malcolm has extensive experience across education, business, membership organisations and public policy.
